The Blue Max in Lahaina sent Wonder tunes over Front Street as Easy Rider Fonda cruised his bike below. Throngs of young danced rebellion. When the Rolls of Harrison wound its way towards Hana, a Helta Skelta psychedelic tsunami had washed over everything.
